Essential title page information

Title page

The title page should include the following:

Title: The title should be brief, concise, and descriptive. It should not contain any literature references or compound numbers or non-standardized abbreviations.

Author's names: Please clearly indicate the full name(s), and family name(s) of each author, for complete identification.

Affiliations: Use superscript lowercase letters to indicate different affiliations, about each author, which should be as detailed as possible and must include department, faculty/college, University,

(E-mail address)

Abstract : Each paper should contain a summary of the main points (not more than 250 words). Keywords. Immediately following the summary, up to 3 keywords should be supplied for subject indexing.

Main Text :

Introduction

The author(s) should strive to define the significance of the work and the justification for publication. Any background discussion should be brief and restricted to pertinent material.

Material and Methods

Give a clear description of the study and how it was carried out; specifically describe the procedures and material used, so the study can be replicated; the subsections, with brief content descriptions, in order, are: Participants, Measures, Design and Procedures and Statistical Analysis.

Results

The study results should be clear and concise. Restrict the use of tables and figures to depict data that is only relevant for the study aims and hypotheses and interpretation of the study. Results should not contain duplicate data in both figures and tables. The results should be presented in a logical sequence in the text, tables, and illustrations.

Discussion

This should explore the significance of the results of the work, emphasize the new and important aspects of the study. Include in the discussion the implications of the findings and their limitations, how the findings fit into the context of other relevant work, and directions for future research.

Conclusion(s)

The main conclusion(s) of the study should be presented in a short conclusion statement that can stand alone and be linked with the aim of the study. State new hypotheses when warranted. Include recommendations when appropriate. Unqualified statements and conclusions not completely supported by the obtained data should be avoided.

References:

References are to be listed in APA format, they must include: name and initials of all authors, the full title of the paper, the name of the journal, volume No. , Issue  No. , first and last page, and year of publication.

Text format

The manuscripts should be typed in single-line spacing. The form and contents should be carefully checked to correspond with our Instructions for Authors. The text of the manuscript sent to the Editors should be considered as final. The Soft Copy should be sent via e-mail. jtapess@phed.usc.edu.eg

Prepare your manuscripts using MS Word, preferably Word 97. Required file formats for text are .doc, font type times new roman 14, main title times new roman 14 bold, Apple/Macintosh files should be avoided.

Figure Format

The number of illustrations should be kept to a minimum required for clarification of the text, Prepare high-quality figures (photographs, graphs or diagrams): Captions will be in English, the decimal place must be denoted by a point (not a comma!). Figures should be sharp unmounted glossy photographs or computer-generated laser print. typewritten or dot-matrix lettering is not acceptable.

Each figure will contain a caption. An explanatory text, making the general meaning clear without reference to the text, and should be at the end of the manuscript text, in the text file. Required file formats for figures or images are: jpg, gif or tif.

Manuscript Submission and Reviewing process :

Online submission of the paper is done through E-publish. You must register first to obtain username and password then login on the system to submit your article. The paper will be reviewed by 2 expert peer reviewers recommended by the editorial board. The soft Copy peer-reviewing system will speed up the whole editing process. Revised manuscripts should be sent in a Two-weeks’ time.

Fees for request a hard copy of the Journal  (300 LE ).

Any professor may publish a scientific article or research without payment of publishing fees, provided that the publication is in the electronic version only, and the work presented is related to one of the pillars of sustainable development of the state and considering the future vision of the state.

In the case of the participation of a professor with another researcher, the professor is considered one of the Reviewers .

No submission fees. The accepted papers will not appear as preprints on our website (and in other databases) and they will not be sent to the printing office unless the appropriate payment charge is received.
