Abstract

The research aims to identify the impact of the programTraining using the Bulgarian bag on some physical and skill variables for the skill Osoto Gari, through:
programTraining using the Bulgarian bag to improve the physical and skill level of judo players.
Identifying the differences between the mean scores of the research sample for the tribal measurementsand remotenessinthelevelPhysical and skillful.
The researcher used an experimental approach, with its steps and procedures, due to its suitability to the nature of the research using one group through the pre-post design of the experimental group. Where the research community included (30) player from Triple Fight junior team at Wadi Degla Club in Maadi The number of the basic sample for the research was (20) players and sample reconnaissance (10) players total (90%) from players. research community From the Triple Fight junior team in Wadi Degla for the dental stage (17-20) years enrolled in Egyptian Federation of Triple Fight (2019- 2020). The results were that the program Training using the Bulgarian bag, which showed a positive effect on The remarkable improvement of the physical variables affecting the physical and skillful performance of judo players. There are statistically significant differences between the tribal measurements and dimensional measurements For the research sample in favor of the telemetry and the most important recommendations The use of the Egyptian Judo Federation and Triple Fight program proposed by the researcher, the use of the Bulgarian bag.
